Ted Radio Hour
The TED Radio Hour is all about how to Radio broadcasters edit and how it sounds. Layering is something done a lot. While the narrator is talking the speakers voice is in the background on top of it. This is called layering. Laying can also be done with music too. Cuts is also example of audio editing. Fading is something that done typically at the end to fade out sound to make it more clear.
His voice is really soothing and sounds really professional. He goes over why he is part of DS106 and ideas for us to do in the class. He goes over tips and tricks to creating sounds and voice overs for our blogs. I learn about copyright music and to stay away from it even for educational purposes because it could get taken down.
