Visual Story Telling is a story primary told through visual images. For example looking at a scrapbook and trying to piece the story together using just pictures.
Personally I have learned a lot about this already this week. I had no idea what this was until I took this class and learned everything I did this week. Learning how to tell a story with just pictures I put on my blog. Each picture is different and the saying is really true that a picture can say 1,000 words. I have some questions regarding what are the best pictures to use when you want to tell a story. What ones work best? Does lighting matter? This experience with visual story telling has been so much fun. This class is nothing like I have ever done in my life. I love to push myself and challenge me so I am glad I get to take this class and experience this.
There can be strengths and weakness in visual story telling. With just having pictures everyone can interpret the pictures differently. This leads the story to interpretation which can be good and bad. Because you could have the wrong story come across.
In conclusion I have learned a lot already about visual storytelling and the importance of pictures and visual images. You can really be creative and create any story you want with images.
